Nutrition is very important for all of us and sex related is always a plus!! I cut some part out  from what I read in


Avocados contain high levels of glutathione, a potent antioxidant. Sperm count and quality are improved in the presence of antioxidants. They’re rich in magnesium and higher in fiber than apples. By keeping things moving through the body, they promote hormone balance and eliminate toxins that can sap your energy.


Strawberries put most foods to shame in the antioxidant department, and that means happier, healthier sperm. They support hormone balance for women through their high vitamin C content. Healthy ovaries contain high levels of this vitamin.


Pine nuts are high in the amino acid arginine, which is essential for sperm formation, and has been shown to improve men’s sexual performance. Their smooth richness can evoke moans of pleasure. Try them on salad. Fortify your lover by adding them to sautéed greens. Feed them to each other, slowly, one by one, out of hand. They are sexual health powerhouses, especially for men.


Asparagus is the other food, besides avocado, that contains appreciable amounts of glutathione (see above, guys). And asparagus is full of beta-carotene. That’s the stuff that makes carrots orange and winter squashes yellow.
